Instructions for Bidders
Please read carefully before you place a bid, as you will be held accountable to these terms. A small contingency of irresponsible online auction users makes these terms necessary:

1. Descriptions |

| I
make every attempt to disclose any damage to items and to provide an
accurate, detailed description of them so you can bid with confidence. I
am not, and do not
claim to be a professional regarding the classification of items. Please
e-mail me with any
questions before you bid. All items are sold "as is".

2. Confirmation of High Bid |

I will send the high bidder e-mail within 24 hours of the close of the auction. If you are the high bidder on this auction, please confirm your bid within 3 days of the auction end by replying to my e-mail. Be sure to include your name and address.

3. Payments |
||
|
Payments must be received within 10 days of the end of the auction. If payment is not received, the item will be relisted and negative feedback will be posted. In case of an emergency (family, computer problems, illness, etc.) that prevents you from sending payment, you MUST find a way to contact me within that 10 day period to apprise me of the situation and make other arrangements.
I do not currently accept checks, only money orders or electronic payment at this time. Items purchased with money orders will be shipped out the next postal day upon receipt of payment. Electronic payment ships next day after confirmation of payment.
If you wish to make payment with a credit card, it can be done at PayPal or Billpoint - always fast, FREE (for bidders anyway) and secure! And for a limited time, you'll get $5 for signing up and activating a PayPal account.

4. Shipping / Insurance |

| I make
my best attempt to accurately estimate shipping charges; however, upon
occasion my scale and the postal scale will vary. I use USPS Priority
Mail for all parcels that weigh one pound or more (unless otherwise
requested, or in special circumstances like for very large or heavy
items). If you have other shipping preferences, please let me know.
Insurance is optional for auctions under $50, but highly recommended. I cannot accept responsibility for damaged or lost items; claims will not be made unless the item is insured. Insurance is required for auctions over $50. Merchandise is packaged carefully, and I have extensive experience in shipping fragile items.

5. Disclaimer of Liability |

| I assume no responsibility for use or misuse of items. If you
are under the age of 18, do not bid without the consent of your parents!

6. Acceptance of Agreement |
